1. About ProcaX
ProcaX is operated by [Registered company name], [Registered office address], Lagos, Nigeria. It lists tenders for businesses and opportunities for individuals, and offers professional services delivered directly by the ProcaX team.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and give accurate information when you register.
- Keep your password secret. You're responsible for activity on your account; tell us straight away if you think it has been misused.
- One account is for one person or organisation. Sharing a subscription account with other organisations isn't allowed.
3. Tenders and opportunities
We collect and publish listings from issuing organisations and other sources, and we work to keep them accurate. However, the issuing organisation's own documents are the authority. Always check the official tender or application documents, deadlines and requirements before you bid or apply.
Applications for opportunities are made on the organisation's own website. We are not part of their selection process and can't guarantee any outcome.
4. Subscriptions and payment
- Priced tenders need an active subscription. Plan prices and billing intervals are shown on the Plans page.
- Payments are processed by Paystack. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using your saved payment method, until you cancel.
- If a renewal payment fails, you keep access for a grace period of 3 days while we retry. If it still fails, access is paused until you pay.
- You can cancel at any time from My subscription. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
- Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
5. Professional services
When you request a quote, we send you a fixed price, scope and timeline. Work starts only after you accept the quote and pay. What's included is set out in the accepted quote. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you give us, and for checking and submitting your final bid or application unless the quote says we'll submit it.
We can't guarantee that any bid or application will succeed.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- copy, resell or redistribute priced tender content or documents outside your own organisation;
- scrape the platform or access it by automated means without our written permission;
- upload anything unlawful, harmful or that you don't have the right to share;
- try to get around access controls or interfere with the platform's security.
7. Intellectual property
The ProcaX platform, brand and content we create belong to us or our licensors. Tender documents belong to their issuing organisations. Documents you upload stay yours; you allow us to use them only to provide our services to you.
8. Liability
We provide ProcaX with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses caused by errors in third-party listings, missed deadlines, or decisions made by issuing organisations. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
9. Suspension and closing your account
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You can close your account at any time by emailing hello@procax.net.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We'll always try to resolve disputes informally first; if that fails, the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll email account holders about significant changes before they take effect. Continuing to use ProcaX after that means you accept the updated terms.
